Skills: Must be able to expertly run all shop equipment including band saw, table saw, drill press, grinder, etc. ? Knowledge: Training will be provided on the specifics internal processes, workflows, systems and product. ? Experience: 1 year previous shop experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. ?Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, open for overtime. Identify, analyze, and provide solutions or alternate approaches to manufacturing problems.ĥ. Read engineering drawings and assist engineers in identifying and implementing improvements.Ĥ. Perform shop calculations utilizing knowledge of material characteristics to determine optimum feeds, speeds, and dimensions.ģ. Run all shop equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Ģ.
